Accident Kits
Driver Accident Reporting Kit: Lincoln General provides driver accident kits
free of charge for you to distribute to your drivers and/or to place in your vehicles.
Should an accident occur, these kits assist your drivers at the scene to
gather key information needed to set up your claim and protect your interests.
If you would like to request kits or need more of these kits, please
contact our Customer Care Unit with your policy number, number of accident kits needed,
and type of vehicles you have. These will be mailed to you upon receipt of your request.

A loss should be reported ASAP to our Claims Intake
Unit via fax, e-mail or by phone. Timely reporting of accidents is necessary
to protect your interests and to preserve key information needed by your claims
adjuster to conduct a good investigation.
