Loss Runs
Please forward loss run requests to LossRun@lincolngeneral.com.
Your request will be processed within the next ten (10) business days or sooner.
Please allow the full ten (10) days to elapse before submitting a second request.
If after the ten (10) business days you have not received a response, please contact
the Lincoln General Customer Service Unit at 1-800-876-3350.
On future loss run requests, if not already done so, please indicate the insured
name, policy number, along with the effective month and year of all policy terms
needed. All requests should be on Insured's letterhead.
As a reminder, loss runs can only be released to the Insured or to the Lincoln Program
Contact.

A loss should be reported ASAP to our Claims Intake
Unit via fax, e-mail or by phone. Timely reporting of accidents is necessary
to protect your interests and to preserve key information needed by your claims
adjuster to conduct a good investigation.
